Manchester School of Art: Fashion show 11/11/11

Do you love fashion? Do you like to keep up to date with the latest trends and budding designers? Then get yourself down to the Victorian Bath House on Hathersage Road this Friday (11th Nov) at 6pm. This Friday the Manchester School of Art is hosting its Second Year show which aims to showcase the forty(+) designers- one piece per designer. The show includes a wide range of styles from menswear, women’s evening/daywear, to some truly extravagant creations. Alongside the Manchester School of Art, the School of Make-up and the Toni & Guy Academy are participating in helping to create the designer’s imaginative looks. As well as giving the Second Year a chance to promote and publicize their work, it is also a great opportunity to see the current restoration project taking place at the Victorian Bath House thanks to the National Lottery Heritage Fund. The venue holds up to 350 people, and tickets, which are £3, are likely to sell out quick, so make sure you head down to the Victorian Baths this Friday to have a bit of a drink and experience the work created by the next biggest names in fashion.
